As for your question, it depends on where Victoria is.You may want to go to your profile and fill in the partabout location so that it will show up when you post.If you're talking about Victoria BC, I don't know whatthe Canadian law is.But in general...to really generalize...making a broadstatement...if you have to do any "funny stuff" when you're doing Real Estate, you're in trouble.

Anything you can find in Royal Oak or Berkley is a great rental area and full of yuppies types that have extra income to spend .. i doubt you can fund anything in those areas for $65 or under ..
