The thing I like about Chicago is that its economy is incredibly diverse so its not dependent on any one industry.  

It’s a diverse community, one of the most racially diverse neighborhoods of Detroit, that borders Grosse Pointe.This is one of the few historic neighborhoods left in the city where you can still buy properties for rent and make a solid return.

These areas may offer more affordable and diverse rental options that could potentially help you achieve better cash flow, while still providing access to all the great amenities that Hilton Head has to offer.In terms of finding a good property management company to help you rent out your second home, there are many great options to choose from.

Quality MF units are sought after.We are constantly looking at other markets to diversity but can't land any deals because the numbers just don't look as good as Stockton/Lodi/Modesto. 

The population has been growing here year over year over the last decade, it is home to The Ohio State University which has over 50,000 students that live here along with those that visit, and it also holds a diverse range of young professionals and traveling nurses to fill the demand of the multiple business corporations and hospitals stationed here.

Atlanta has a diverse enough economy to were we will not feel a more drastic shift than what we are already experiencing. 

Also, rating agencies will require a more diverse geographic distribution of the individual assets.

@Dave Foster I hadn't considered those options before because I associate them with partnership risk or low diversity, but I think I'll do some more research to see if I could get comfortable.
