Lot's of retail tenants are going to robots and automation software that can greatly reduce costs.

Big banks now staff with robots and provide banking services like they are running an assembly line.

It tends to use nice fancy language, but when it is obvious that it is written by a robot, the description loses my attention.

A lot of these are smart warehouses using robots.

The communication will become more seamless and not so clunky (sounding like a robot on the phone, text etc.), the bots/AI tools will be able to sound and mimic more exact conversations with buyers/sellers to get deals done quicker with less expense.
