I have been having problems with the BP fix and flip calculator exporting the rehab cost details to PDF. 

I looked at an app called “Housefolios” But it requires you to Manually export the listings you want from the MLS and then manually upload them into the website each time.

The gentleman probably exported the data from foreclosureradar and put them in his own excel format.

They've also suppressed the Export feature that is described in the user documentation.

For certain analysis I dump export into excel and manipulate and compare to budgets from there.

The next time we send letters, we're planning to compile our own from the town's Grand List - getting it in electronic form and exporting to Excel or some such thing (a fellow investor is going to teach me).

I will often just use Mint to sort my expenses and income into categories where I will then export the .cv to a spreadsheet and run my financial reports.I think it would be pretty cool if they made a really simple and highly useful software application for Real Estate investors.

Maybe even find a way to export some of your data.I would like to see some standard for cloud based software.
