So now I use keyword alerts and just pop in with answers to threads that come up in those, mostly.But I’ve been grateful for the post votes and humbled by the privilege of four appearances on the BP podcast (and at least one cameo), several blog articles written, and now as an author of a book for BP—all of which have led to close to 100 podcast and speaking engagements, and none of it would have happened without BP.But I haven’t been around as much as the new group of heavy hitters and I’ll never hold a candle to guys like @Jay Hinrichs and @Russell Brazil, but I’m just proud to play my small role here, with fame or without.

I probably bring in 8 or more times your measly rent (Just guessing) not even counting my wife's income Not that I would ever rent from you as you sound like the kind of person that only rents to 80+ year old ladies and sucks them dry when they move out because your place now smells like cheap perfume and has to be completely torn down to rid of the smells.

I was in the hospital during the actual eviction so I didn't get to see the Marshal call Animal Control to haul the poor young pit away.The power had been shut off for nonpayment sometime previously and they left candles burning in the place; I'm guessing they were hoping the house would burn down as a final goodbye.

The point is, a consumer of Real Estate services (yes, that's what I call you, even when you don't consume Real Estate services - likely to your own detriment) simply cannot hold a candle to a tried, true, and successful Real Estate Broker.
