The Germans were able to get people to march right into concentration camps to be exterminated by the millions, with nary a fight.

I think you would have a better chance of purchasing below market if you concentrated on regular sellers since there is some desperation or emotion involved.

I've concentrated more in Hillsborough and Pinellas because its usually easier to sell here.

Concentrate on good management and business practices instead of being scared by horror stories, especially dealing in single family stuff.

I would rather concentrate on getting deals and staying on top of the PM Company to make sure they are doing a great job.  

Account Closed I've mainly been concentrating on the Benton/Bryant area so far because that's where I'm most familiar. 

I have noticed in most bigger cities/ towns the construction ancillaries shops tend to be concentrated in a few areas.

That's terrific - but it will all start with ONE...so concentrate on making the first one happen, the rest will follow if you keep doing the marketing and such to keep leads in your pocket!

If you are brand new in RE business, for the first 3 to 6 months I would concentrate on learning as much as possible about a business.
