Just crossing my fingers that i get full payment by the end of June, but not very hopeful that they would turn around the next week to get back on track.The second tenant has paid late and short paid. 

But when you have a range that is very filthy and maybe a part or two broken, its cheaper to get another $150 range and give the unclean/broken range to the used appliance place.Some landlords will rent appliances to tenants, like the rental centers.

Riverside has historically been hit hard when RE markets turn down, but, this was due to the fact that the job market was not as robust for the blue collar workers and a large segment commuted to OC and LA and moved back to were the jobs were, this has changed over the years and with more blue collar jobs offered locally we should (cross your fingers) not be quite as bad during future down turns.

Is it a strategy to cross your fingers for getting a property at a discounted rate?
