Also to get more specific... any Kissimmee, Orlando, Celebration or surrounding area agents out there willing to help me along this process of finding a property that allows short term rentals?

My own Air Force career hasn't transplanted me much (with the exception of this most recent PCS), but I have traveled in my own time to many parts of the States/world, and love experiencing the cultures and respective markets of other areas & countries.

Given that frugality has been the key to building my portfolio, my BP celebrity crush (come on, we all have one) would have to be Scott Trench.

Cultural and demographic shifts are happening in this market.

The culture that we established is VERY different than 99.9% of the other sites in the space, and that has served us very well.

Anyway, Hawaii is definitely beautiful so be sure to keep it on your list of places to visit--I recommend staying in Waikiki for a night or two to get a feel of that culture, but spend more time on the North Shore; it's less crowded, relaxing, it's basically a whole other place!

You should mark your calender with the day that it happend, so that you can celebrate it every year like christmas or something.
