There is a book I'd like to recommend:"Real Estate Investors - Clients for Life by Fred Tichauer"This is the Starter book I used, coupled with the CIAS certification I'm pursuing, to get really into the Investor-Agent game and I'd recommend this path to anyone else interested in being an Investor-Agent.

Thanks in advanceRich Dad, Poor Dad was the first book I read which changed the way I thought about investing and passive income.I also recently found out that "Rich Dad" does not even exist lolI still thinks its a must read for all rookies looking at becoming financially free.Thanks and have a great day.

I'm also a big fan of Chris Voss's Never Split the Difference (negotiating), Big Shifts Ahead by Burns and Porter (Demographics) and any of the J Scott books (Book on Flipping House, Book on Estimating Rehab Costs).An overlooked book is Flipping Houses Exposed by Danny Johnson.
