Hi All, I searched this topic and nothing has been posted re: this exact subject, except 3 years ago.I don't have a kindle, and Amazon has many newly published books that would have more current info in this climate, but I would like a book I can download to my laptop or is the most recommended and current to this current market.Any suggestions for a step by step process?

In my opinion the best starter book is "Rich Dad, Poor Dad, by Robert Kiosaki.

What really HIT me about the book is this: I was looking for cash flow-- there's a chapter about cash flow versus appreciation.

I can confidently say most of my weekend enjoyment is compromised by after hour calls with every possible problem that exists to mankind AND I could write a pretty dicey book...  I
