Seems to me that this would be right up your alley with your goals of owning a duplex or multi-family rental(this book is solely focused on this)In the book the author Ken says that sometimes you have to take initiative and go find the deals.

Not someone on BP going to give this  a shot for the first time.. with little to no experience other than reading a book and listening to a pod cast.J Scotts book is much more technical and I think is more germane..

Honestly, if the person handling your book is competent it doesn't matter what platform you use.I have different clients using different platforms.
