That's literally the only book I needed.

Seems to me that this would be right up your alley with your goals of owning a duplex or multi-family rental(this book is solely focused on this)In the book the author Ken says that sometimes you have to take initiative and go find the deals.

@Brandon Turners book is very simple to understand.

Not someone on BP going to give this  a shot for the first time.. with little to no experience other than reading a book and listening to a pod cast.J Scotts book is much more technical and I think is more germane..

The book is a worthy read if you plan on buy&hold.

Since I was recommending Al's book I used his wording exactly in his product.

I couldn't even really remember anything specific and had to go back to the book and skim over it.After I finished the book I felt the same way.

Honestly, if the person handling your book is competent it doesn't matter what platform you use.I have different clients using different platforms.
