starting on the rehab before that's all confirmed is risky, however, some people like to do that if the they've done enough of their due diligence.technically, the house is not legally yours until you have the deed in your hands. it's "sort of" yours in between. ha!

Ha ha I too have trouble getting my head around paying nearly double compared too 2 years ago and there I was thinking it was a me problem.But then getting pissed off at paying say 100k for a very nice duplex like our friend Ryan ,well then is that just me being obtuse ( whatever that means ) ?
