I know a lot of pet owners who will pay out of pocket on top of what the military reimburses for so Fido can stay with them while they are waiting for housing.

The local Housing Authority who oversees this program has capped reimbursement at $675 for a 3 bedroom for many years and several years ago requested participating landlords to consider voluntarily lowering the rent during one cycle. 

If your private lender chooses to have their attorney to prepare the documents, then they will pay for it and might ask you to reimburse them.So far, none of our private lenders wanted to go to an attorney to draw the documents.

I know they do not reimburse for any improvements made to the home.

He asked me if the title company could give him the check so he could help with his mom's care but I told him that only the legal owner can receive the funds and that Medicare will eventually take those funds as reimbursement.

@Jim ZiccarelliHave you checked your insurance policy to see how much deductible you will pay "out-of-pocket" before any reimbursement made by the insurance company (assuming they will cover the work expense)?  

It clearly gives options for Landlords to specify what he will repair and what's tenant responsibility and also states about advance payment and reimbursement options as well which similar to copay. lease pagesObviously TAR wouldn't have given this option if it's not feasible or unethical right??
