@Terry Lao, You may be supposing fear is logical and can be overcome with knowledge.

I enjoy getting up Monday morning because I'm excited to go in and help my team solve problems and overcome challenges. 

My biggest obstacle that I seem to have to overcome is not having patience and wanting to dive right in.

Oh I don't see it as a mountain that must be overcome to getting your first deal or two done, but it may feel like that to someone starting out.

I needed time to overcome, somewhat, the paralyzing fear that has kept me from delving deeper into the unknown.

However if you’re okay with pit toilets, septic systems, solar panels and generators, flying to Houston or going up to Mexico for healthcare, and don’t care about shopping then these obstacles are easily overcome.

If you live/visit the Houston area, you can overcome some of these obstacles/risks because you are exposed to it everyday. 

What was the thing you struggled with most and how did you overcome it?

Gotta know your limitations, and then overcome them.Your future in anything should not be based soley on how much money you can possibly make, the monetary perpensity.

Not at all impossible to overcome, just something to be aware of.
