The trick is, I too am busy with running jobs that has in-house crews, so I'll simply act as your typical GC or commercial GC / paperwork contractor on this to divide my time, I could fill out the gaps but I couldn't use majority of my workforce because i have deadlines also, i could fill in a tradesman or two when there's a hiccup, say when a plumber or electrician doesn't show or keeps pushing the schedule out, but that's about it.

Use the loan while you're still employed.Per the loan offset rules that went into effect with the 2018 Tax and Job Act: if you leave your job and the loan is current at the time you leave your job but then the loan goes into default because you left your job, you will have until your tax return deadline (including any timely filed extension) to make the loan current by depositing the outstanding balance into an IRA (and thereby avoid the taxes and penalties that would otherwise apply).
