@Vincent FranzeseExcel is great if you have a few amount of properties.You can export the transactions from your bank statement into excel and categorize them accordingly.Quickbooks is not free but it has an advantage over excel in that you can quickly run reports comparing data and over several periods.It is not expensive also - I see the current version selling for $175.

You can also log into the OWA (Owners Web Access) and export reports in many formats.

Couldn't you just find an agent with MLS access and have them regularly export listed homes within certain parameters for you?

@Jedd BraunwarthWith the sub-meter software I can setup to send a bill to the tenant, export CSV, etc. however the tenant would need to add that to the payment which I don't really like because I have no automation to check if the bills were actually getting paid.
