SEO/ PPC marketing.

On the digital front - Yes, SEO is powerful and you should absolutely have a web presence and when you do, you should absolutely spend time and resources on your SEO.

Hey @Nick Naik I do web development so SEO/Digital marketing is not my exact niche but I think you're going to have a pretty big hill to climb.

The only way other than PPC to generate leads is through a site that you have done solid SEO on and gotten to the top of that coveted first page on google. 

I know others that do their own marketing such as direct mail, web SEO, driving for dollars, etc.

I dont personally have experience with it but I know that some of the big wholesalers in FL are using investor carrot for SEO and call porter to answer calls, would both be something to look into as I’m doing the same and plan to start those next month.

I would also include a blog, just to show expertise and experience and it helps with SEO. 

Anyone know a good Seo guy and good WordPress template?  

First of all, we are working with an SEO/PPC management company.  

I implemented mine and according to my new SEO guy did a pretty good job for a newbie, but a pretty bad job overall...lol.Spending about $1200mo since January it takes about 2 months to get a deal we can close.That averages about 30 leads (calls or website forms) per deal, no idea how many clicks turn into a lead-deal ect.I just turned it over to my new SEO guy and the entire thing looks different, they seem confident we can get a lot more mileage out of that $1,200mo.
