The original Bitcoin zealots I knew were banking (no pun intended) on a total collapse of society and banking systems as one of their selling points.  

The type who will ignore great advice and fail then the blame society, the govt and the media..

There are some other dynamics that also will likely play a factor in making the situation great for investors...such as runup in home prices and interest rates probably created a permanent renter class of society. 

Our society no longer views elderly as valuable contributors to society because everyone is expected to retire at 65 and wither away in a corner somewhere.

Society likes to gaslight when that happens, I prefer to fight such fire with fire and in occasion wind.

I don't understand why anyone would want to live in a totalitarian society where there are money is essentially controlled,  manipulated, and devalued by the day. 

It's part of participation trophy society where people get socially rewarded for just being in the game, but that shouldn't apply to real estate.

Don't deal with the dregs of society.

My own realtor said that 2020 was the most lucrative year of her career and that nearly all the people buying houses in Waco are people who are fleeing California, New York, and Oregon, moving to Texas in hopes of living in a free and functional society again.

We can teach them how to live in a house the right way and help them with the bumpy road of turning into a functioning member of society. 😆  That's right Dave, lots of good life lessons for everybody!
