I live in a lower-income area, so I figure that the better tenants you will get with a safe house, the ongoing safety the tenants feel, and the lowered risk of a break-in (when occupied or vacant getting ready to lease), and reduced headaches/vacancy/potential damage are worth the marginal up-front cost of having it installed.

I like to look for locations that are good, and that I’d feel safe and comfortable living in if I was a single woman with a couple of kids.

Detroit/Flint are gives great return in good neighbourhoods if one has the right team on the ground, More then willing to share why we are investing there and how we do it safely

I don’t care if you steal a property, high quality tenants will never sacrifice on being safe and feeling safe.  

Having 1 toddler and another on the way you'd want to have money set aside and financially safe.

Safe rent after rehab is $900 per month, maybe higher if I get lucky and/or rehab it to a very nice condition.  

I have a Capital City Visa card with an 18k credit limit, so to be safe I only put $17,400 as the amount to wire.

As long as viewers can see the layout and general quality, I think it's safe to market.
