TONS of Chicagoians moving to NW Indiana so they can keep their same jobs but our weather is much of the same as Chicago and unfortunately, thanks to Lightfoot, we're very over populated right now and home prices are at an all time high.

The law was apparently created to prevent over-populated/unsafe student housing, where shoul I look to confirm/refute this?

Oh also, I should add that this works because Los Angeles and Orange county are overpopulated and there isn't enough affordable housing. 

I just have so few comps out there due to overpopulation in my area and SFH rentals are hard to come by.  

I kind of wondered about that myself because they have a higher number of realtors promoting their services than it seems any other state.Colombus realtors just put key alert of Cleveland and they promote themselves like that lol probably true, but its overpopulating the cubs market with investors, we'll have to start referring people to Cleveland soon just to have a chance at buying stuff down here. 

People run from overpopulated areas and these are people with steady jobs and who live within their means (most of them).

It is a college town with a great deal of rentals however it seems over populated with heavy hitters.

Oahu is severely overpopulated with a huge % being active duty.
