I would say maybe Class C if I could label it such. 

If you use labels, it cuts down on the effectiveness a little but clear labels works better. 

We travel for work (healthcare) and chronically live out of MTRs, so it will be our first time operating a shorter term, but won’t be an entirely foreign situation to us.

They are probably labeling it as a show of good faith.

Seriously, looking back, my life is full of numerous examples of things that were labeled as impossible, or impractical, but I somehow managed to pull them off.

This place is a fraud they aren’t even real lenders the are just originators who have everything private labeled.

Some servicers label your loan as troubled and they sell it off ASAP.

How about that some reasonable non political discourse without labelling and name calling.
