Silly question here but just to confirm.....if you transfer a property from your name to an LLC does the LLC become the new borrower on the mortgage or does it stay in the individuals name?

I did put in about 15k of work into the place to get it from the 1980's look to something more modern as the rentals I am competing against are newer builds, but at higher price points. 

Im A Wholesaler, I look to Network with likeminded Individuals within this Area & Gain Knowledge along side from those who are more experienced to sharpen me. 

Some of the challenges I've had with areas like Texas and Florida is that they are doing so much building that the only way you can compete is by price. 

They snuck under the rules by claiming that private individuals had the right to offer other private individuals the service.So again, how do these cities get away with regulating people's abilities to rent their homes on a short term basis? 

Perhaps it's a negative reflection on the fact that fame and celebrity often in this country give individuals free reign to commit crimes with out penalty of consequence.
