I just signed a new client and after about 1 month of their listing being available, AirBNB delisted it/flagged for being a duplicate of a listing that previously had "quality issues".

Red flag for sure.

Considering a 530 credit score is among the worst 8% of Americans, this was a glaring red flag.

When I approach them for financing on my next property, I want to avoid raising any red flags due to my relocation and the status of my Tennessee home via how I file taxes in 2024 (i.e STR instead of my primary as it was originally intended).  

That is a red flag to me but I find it hard to believe that a business with 4.8 stars on so many reviews and A+ BBB rating could be a scam.

Either way, the city may flag a rental structure that wasn't permitted.Good luck!
