You will get dimensions, type, major features, etc. cheap and fast I always get them.The rest are either contained in a Table A or not needed IMO.

What is your goal for investing and why are you doing it then look at the other dimensions of your life and where you want to spend your time.

And I ran all the numbers I could, I just dont know the blue prints so I can only get close....Using the schematics I can suppose do the cost of lumber figuring in one 2x4 each 16 inches....I have the dimensions of all the rooms and the house.

I've seen some where the screen does not open while others have the classic squeeze-to-open.I ask because if they do not need to open I can build them myself but otherwise we have weird dimensions and will have to pay $$$ for custom...Thanks in advance!

There are other time, energy, and capital to deploy as dimensions to consider where and what to invest in. 

Need to know county, city property tax breakdown, dimensions of a few rooms, parcel ID #, etc.... but again, this is information that a listing agent will frequently leave up to the seller anyway.

Do you have the plot map from the County with lot dimensions?

I'd imagine you need to know the exact dimensions of all the spaces
