If they are an assistant and preparing the paperwork then yes they owe you all of those things and therefore are guilty as charged and should be shot and their corpse drug through the mud.

Neither mixes well with residential RE I have found.Active income stuff like mgt, flipping, wholesaling, book revenue, labor, etc is done through a separate entity that is or is taxed as a corp or s-corp.

I take steps like tenant selection and good property upkeep.If I were doing short-term operating in RE through rehabbing and flipping (don't see the diff) I would do an LLC and elect to be taxed as an s-corp.

My buddy's wife got possession of the house after the police were done - had to do some painting, replace carpet as the ex bf was nasty - don't think there was much remediation needed where the victim died other than new carpet as it wasn't a "messy" death and the corpse didn't sit there long.Anyways sorry for the gory details - but it was publicized on local media - address wasn't highly publicized however I guarantee every neighbor around knew what happened.

The corpses of leveraged transactions can still be seen in houses that are unoccupied or even unfinished for several years.And actually I don't think we're that far apart, and I may be unfairly grousing at semantics.
