When he moves out or they drag his corpse away .. then you can use kilz primer on the place and rent an ozone machine to rid of the stench

Bummer.Pretty creepy finding a corpse.

But the road is littered with the corpses of guys who tried it and failed- and they aren't represented here because they are just gone. 

There are also flowers that smell like rotting corpses, you should be glad your neighbors aren't growing those.For that matter there is a field across the street from me where they grow 100 acres of a plant I'm severely allergic to.

It can be nearly impossible to figure out where they are getting in, they can fit thru a 1/4 inch hole and climb walls.I use peanut butter and old fashioned mousetraps until the whole family is gone - then I know I won't have little corpses in my walls, plus I see when I catch them so I know it's working.

I'd rather "catch them" then let their little corpses rot in places I'd rather not have them.

Credit cards are like a car loan, they will literally give um out to a corpse.

One person kills another, then stuffs the dismembered corpse into the boxspring mattress and leaves. 

Visiting the property and getting re-routed by the police because a bloody corpse is in the alley is another.

My buddy's wife got possession of the house after the police were done - had to do some painting, replace carpet as the ex bf was nasty - don't think there was much remediation needed where the victim died other than new carpet as it wasn't a "messy" death and the corpse didn't sit there long.Anyways sorry for the gory details - but it was publicized on local media - address wasn't highly publicized however I guarantee every neighbor around knew what happened.
