I have many many many  investors that have 100% zero interest...I'm dead pan serious... they wouldn't pick up the phone, on their own,  at any point, in their entire lifetime, to call a realtor, seeking the property which requires their exact specs, formula...whatever you want to call it...

These, too, get abused by people who don't rinse food off the plates, pots and pans first, so they get clogged.Don't buy new unless you are renting to really upscale tenants, or you get a great warranty with the new purchase, in my opinion.

Furnish it with decent furniture from Cost Plus or Pier 1, and furnish glasses and dishes and pot/pans etc, then try for a family who is transferring in or an upscale or corporate type.

there was no smoke order that aired out on its on over night and few days afterwards, by the time they did any work it had been two weeks. and a apology was given, no serv-pro was used. and it wasn't due to carelessness in process of stirring the fries grease dripped over pan and it caught on fire, and quickly ignited. and she already recieved payment from insurance company.

The one caveat that has already been mentioned is if you leave (or lose) your job you must pay the loan back within about 60-90 days, depending on your pan administrator's rules.Happy hunting!
