I know David Green from BP is launching a book on becoming a successful realtor soon but wasn't sure if that would take another few months, in which case I can buy another book until David's book is launched.

I've watched a ton of podcasts and currently reading the book.  I

No book I have read thus far has motivated me and guided me as well as “Out of State”.

I would like to challenge someone that has trouble taking action to reach out to me for this book. I

Some may laugh, but the book I read that caused the light bulb to turn on for me when I just graduated college was The Total Money Makeover by Dave Ramsey - it provides a great foundation for building and securing an awesome financial future.  

@Scott Hibbert's recommendation of Scott Trench's Set for Life is another book I didn't think to mention. 

As far as books go, the first book I read on multifamily investing was Dave Lindahl's Multi-Family Millions.

The book is a little pricey and some of the material is a little Ontario centric, but I personally found it very useful and still refer to it.

Another good book is Brandon's "7 years to 7 figure wealth" that you can download for free from his old site www.realestateinyourtwenties.com.
