The capstone doesn’t involve designing an entire functional company so you might consider picking one small bottleneck that such a company would need to overcome and then develop a way to minimize that barrier.

They’ve obviously got a good track record of helping buyers overcome the objection of buying a non-warrantable condo in that building.  

For how to overcome it though I would say focus on finding a General Contractor as part of your core 4 if you aren't experienced in the field.
