It gives the upgrade appearance and some patterns look like marble or granite.Vinyl planks are nice but in a building common area in NYC its the "wish i had real hardwood" look.

I thought this would be good enough since I found little evidence of any mice or rats.Now while I was in there I noted the brand new carpet had nasty stains everywhere and the hardwood floors looked like they had not been cleaned in a long time with stains on them.

With so many flooring options available (hardwood, laminate flooring, ceramic tile, ceramic tile that looks like wood, vinyl plant flooring,.....and the list goes on and on and on...I'm all ears....like I said which came first the chicken or the egg.
