Read the new Set for Life book, I wish it was around before I started my househack in the Bronx a few years ago.

The first RE related book I read was New York Landlord Law from Nolo.

There is a lot to learn and I don't consider "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" and Educational Book. I

There's a really great section in there about ListSource, how to set up searches and how to really maximize this tool.Probably worth the cost of the book just for that section, but the book is just so good in general as well.
