I own a couple of properties in Western WI that have opened up plenty of opportunities!

I look at a lot and pass on nearly all of them but when I buy, I buy right.We are in a tremendous area of opportunity for strong cashflowing deals in Western NY.

I've been checking out the growth in western Des Moines and Urbandale  where I have family, but there too it seems hard to find multi families.

I am from a small town in western Pennsylvania (Summerville) I am looking to invest close to home for starters.

New Western hosts a quarterly meet up for real estate investors, contractors, lenders, wholesalers, and related professionals.

I am currently staying in Western Mass. fixing up a family house that we have had in the family 100 years.

I live in rural western NC and mobile homes in and out of parks make up a large % of the housing.

And definitely change out the long-horn photo, that's even outdated for the western properties let alone the beach. :) You're in a popular beach market so you have to stand out and wallpaper can do that. 

I live in Morristown (rents) and lived in the area all my life.A few thoughts:$400-450K (near Western Ave) in that part of Morristown sounds right, but I would want a turn key property at 425K.
