The new TV's we have today (computer monitors too) actually use a lot less electricity than the old CRT screens did.

Likewise you could monitor the situation and cover those shorts when oil co's start to take corrective action (like shutting down drilling rigs like they have been announcing over the last 10 days).

As far as the other deposit, there should be no problems transferring it to the new PM, and the new PM can probably help you contact whatever state agency monitors those transactions as states usually are very critical about how security deposits are handled, so you'll probably have plenty of backup if he tries to keep your other deposit.

That forum should have good good local people who monitor it. 

Once the relationship builds up then there won't be as much monitoring.

I highly doubt that the FBI is monitoring a site related to eviction cases.

An agent is responsible to screen and monitor people who enter your property.
