One being is their value on security, the same rat race that everyone hates is the same system that makes them feel secure.

@Josue R. at this point during covid it’s a great time to buy but then bad at the sametime and I’ll explain why. 

As passionate as I am for flying, it can be a rat-race type of career and I'm looking to take better control of my own time and income.  

I will also be forming an S corp this month and have found a closing attorney.I'd love to hear from members who are familiar with the NYC/Long Island market or any market in regards to what to expect, what should my team consist of, the best counties in New York for wholesaling etc .Essentially reaching out for guidance and possible mentorship for a ambitious young man with admitted limited real estate knowledge (outside of podcasts and what Ive read on the internet) trying to escape the rat race.

Started reading The book on rental property investment and it just opened my eyes and made me realize how much opportunity real estate gives you to build long-term wealth and get out of the 5 to 9 rat race.

For those that have the cleaners do it offsite/at home, are they getting additional funds to pay for using the machines at the laundry mat?
