I’ve always found it ironic that he bashes on the education system (rightfully so) yet gives advice to people in a 1 size fits all manner, just like the education system.

I like to draw the line at 1980 and newer, that tends to cut out major issues like cast iron plumbing, some electrical issues, and lead paint.
