If not use Rock Hard wood putty to fill the holes or another sandable type putty. 

In Atlanta, standard construction using mid-range finishes (granite, hardwood, etc) is running us $60/sf.I have another thread here on BP that details one of these builds with all the costs broken down...

I like it and have used it in rentals but I'm not sure if buyers would look at it as cheap compared to laminate or real hardwood when it comes time to buy.

Ripping up the old gross carpet unveiled nice hardwood floor underneath.

They can be on a ground level foundation, or on pilons or walls....I've seen some renovated with ceramic tile, another has a parquet hardwood floor.Manufactured homes are good for rentals, such as in a park.

Ex: I'm embarking on a rehab that includes new windows, sheetrocking, painting, refinishing hardwoods, etc.

I have a really good tenant, the AC in her unit broke; water leaked and caused some minor warping of the hardwood near the register.My question is, she reported it when she said she noticed the flooring was warped.

@Rich Hupper timber is not universal.. what is valuable out here in the west may not be the case out your way.hard woods are not nearly as valuable as soft woods per acre. simply because of how they grow.think of pine and doug fir trees.. 3 feet around and straight up for 100 feet  and a stem every 5 to 10 feet.. think of Hardwood big trunk big canopy stem every 100 feet plus.. simply no where near the board feet per acre.Its not uncommon in our area to have 50k bd feet per acre were in hard wood country it could be a tenth of that. but I digress into logging minutia that most folks could give a rip about.. but I made millions doing it  LOL.. so there. !

It's in great condition, 1400sf, 2 bed 1 bath large farm house with hardwood floors.

Very neutral, goes with anything, and absolutely glows with nice hardwood floors.I even painted my primary residence with it.
