If the property owner doesn't make good on the debt in a certain amount of time (varies by location) then you can foreclose against the property.Once you've foreclosed you'll want to get a quiet title and title insurance just in case there are any other liens on the property.When that's done, you can talk about getting a mortgage at the current market value.That being said, tax liens can get pretty hairy and you'll want to do a lot of research on how it works in your county and state.An introductory book I found useful was "the 16% solution" by Moskowitz.

Brandon's books were great (I had to buy the paperback hardcopies after listening to it on audible just so I could continue referencing the material), and after halfway, David's book is just as great (hardcopy in the mail now).I look forward to utilizing all the resources on this website, starting with the webinar tonight, the connections that can be made, and of course sharing my experience and lessons learned.- Colin

I just finished the 7 Habits a few weeks ago and I just checked out Influence, I’ve heard it’s a great book, I will read the other 2, and I will listen to those podcasts this week, Thank you again for the recommendations if you have any more I would appreciate it greatly!
