I save the rental income to buy more if I want more, or take money from other investments such as stocks and bonds and cds and use the rent for a trip to Portugal, or where ever.I did not drink the guru kool aid and say this is my w-2 money, its mine, this is my rental money its my passive money and the 2 do not mix.
