Demonstrating SINCERE interest in the other person first will make people more likely to want to entrust you with opportunities.The second thing is add value.

No one even knew this was the course of action until he threw it out as an off-handed remark at the end of a press conference.It was not until late Friday evening that Executive Order 20-123 was posted with the information.While I hope this is a sincere offer for Counties to submit a plan to safely reopen STRs in their counties I suspect it is just a stalling tactic.Multiple counties have submitted their plans beginning Friday and over the weekend and yesterday, yet not one has been approved.

Sincerely, frustrated and confused. 

I sincerely appreciate the input and that is more or less what another rehabber shared with me so hearing the same thing from a second  source is reassuring.  

If it’s the selling of real estate that you’re interested in pursuing I’d search out successful agents and offer to buy them lunch and ask sincerely if you can learn from them.  

So that brings me here, I am sincerely and vulnerably reaching out to this community to ask for advice and help.  

Please don't take any offense but I have run across too many people still reading books and taking classes who aren't in the game because there is another book just printed and another class just starting in 30 minutes...I hope all is well for you in New Mexico and I sincerely mean that!
