. $24000 is a heck of a lot to overcome.

There were a few obstacles that we had to overcome, but in the end it was nothing to devastating and we got it done.

I'm definitely trying to overcome, move forward and learn.

I have been doing so much research and reading on RE Investing but I still have questions about certain things and want 2 receive answers, because when I actually start my business I want to start it with alot of knowledge so that i can overcome the basics obstacles that might come my way.Thank you everyone that responds to this posting.

How can I overcome this?

A big thing to remember is they can be similar: you can read all you want, prepare as much as you think you can, but at the end of the day, when you actually take that big step, you will learn new things/overcome obstacles you weren't warned about.  

Props for doing it yourselves and overcoming the challenges!

I want to one day be on this show and be among the elite of individuals who are just "killing it" and have told their stories of overcoming defeat.

If she gets to taste of some of the reward she will overcome this.

And yes I’d also like to hear about the obstacles overcome by members of other underrepresented groups.
