I do not file them for payments made to corporations as that is not required.I dont see why it should matter what the intent of the property usage was when you paid the contractor.

An operating agreement created specifically for your intended purposes, and for your state of operations will be much more robust.The usage and ongoing maintenance of a LLC is where the real value comes from in terms of asset protection.

By the way, some states allow a landlord to immediately set out a tennant for drug usage on premises, better make sure it is an illegal drug, but immediate means, right now this second!

Ultimately I write that the tenant is responsible for the cost of clearing lines if it is found to be clogged by prohibited items or anything above and beyond normal usage.
