I do not file them for payments made to corporations as that is not required.I dont see why it should matter what the intent of the property usage was when you paid the contractor.

An operating agreement created specifically for your intended purposes, and for your state of operations will be much more robust.The usage and ongoing maintenance of a LLC is where the real value comes from in terms of asset protection. 

Unfortunately their meters have to be plugged into the internet to update the usage online.

Ultimately I write that the tenant is responsible for the cost of clearing lines if it is found to be clogged by prohibited items or anything above and beyond normal usage.  

A live stream is available and a motion detector is setup to send 8 sec segments to the cloud which can then be viewed.The battery life is not bad but it depends on the usage.

Someone did an inappropriate "fix" on that sewer line then covered it up ( I realize that the electrical tape may have been part of the "fix" but it made a good cover up also).
