I'm looking for something easy to install but looks almost exactly like the pre-finished hardwood above.

It used to have a carpet with a think foam below, but I remove it because it was old and you could heard the noise.I removed the carpet but left the original hardwood floor.

I am thinking of doing Hickory hardwood floors and kitchen cabinets, deer and elk antler chandeliers and lots of western motif furnishings to go with the allure of being in the middle of Wyoming.     2.  

The siding has been removed, I would replace it with fiber cement (vinyl would look ridiculous in the neighborhood)The floors have original the hardwood.

Or, do people want that hardwood flooring in both their public living spaces and their bedrooms too?

But, it was also super expensive- you could buy real hardwood at those prices.But, hardwood will get scratched and dented while these Kardean should be much more durable. 

With new bathroom, widening one bathroom door, upgrading a toilet in master, granite on kitchen island (had ugly tile), hardwood flooring, upgrading lighting in dining and kitchen to can LED lights and paint, we spent about $19K in upgrades.

Also do some updating in the bathroom.The biggest questions for me is what how far to go in the 1) Kitchen and 2) refinishing the hardwood floors.
