But people I know who ran successful companies tell me it’s highly recommended to know the importance and foundations of business and it can help translate to long term success rather than short term like those drop shipping gurus.

So either investors are jumping ship or cashing out.With the higher interest rates, inflation, post-Covid travel, Ukraine, recession, etc… some may argue these problems are temporary, but lower occupancy rates, and lower ADR rates are inevitable!

So we jumped ship to commercial, and had to shut the company down.

No reason to jump ship if there's nothing else to jump to.

I've now added flood insurance to my initial vetting rather than leaving it as just a contingency on the PSA.I don't believe in investing in the greater fool theory, and I think I'm too early in building my  business to risk being stuck with an albatross tying up my money, eating at me with stress and holding costs, and potentially sinking my ship.

I had around 100 people so I tried to keep it under $15, including shipping.
