If it is returned to you for lack of forwarding address keep the sealed envelope attach to their move out paperwork so you have a record that it was sent.

I have a W2 job in addition to a 1099 consulting business  where I used my profit and loss statements - which bought my net income down - so I felt to seal the deal it would be best for me to go the FHA route and bite the bullet on the insurance since my principal was so low anyway.

We used cabinet enamel to paint the cabinets with a combination of small roller and brush, and sealed it with a poly.

Showing that he is REQUIRED to pull permit on the contract seals the deal, in case of trouble, the city will send a citation that they need to inspect this and that, that will be your proof that he did not pull permit.

Hello,I recently closed on a triplex and the apartments feels very chilly in winter weather proofing with a plastic cover sealing the windows  mitigated the issue little bit but I would like to get to the root of cause since even when thermostat is set at 80 it feels chilly,especially my lower two units are very cold despite a centralized ac system.Unfortunately I couldn't catch this during inspections since it was warmer weather around that time.I am now dealing with higher utility bills who are some professionals that I can get in touch with for solid weather proofing ?

He suggested 2 options:1: go through and add fireproof 2x4's and use the fireproof spray can foam to seal them (a bit extensive- it's a very large house). 2: use some sort of fireproof "wool"- he uses stuff made by Owen's Corning but I can't see to find it locally unless I'm commercial, which I'm not.
