My 96 yo grand mother isn't going to learn to code, yet something's gotta give.Other things like the FIRE movement and digital economy are marginally reducing demand in cities because people are moving far from their company offices and working from home, starting new businesses or retiring early or taking new jobs in rural cities where the cost of living is much lower.

Example could you take data from census like housing starts and building permits, existing home sales, sales tax movements, housing market index, ect. and map it out like stock charts do, then use something similar to technical analysis as a predictor?

It has a lot of forward movement right now and I have investors from CA, Denver, CO and Seattle all wanting to invest here as the numbers are  better than what they can find locally and buying in point is a lot lower.
