When I think about where I can allocate my precious capital for maximum STR investment, I think of Western Michigan.

With much research, many conversations and a good pile of luck we're cash flowing on all properties and are trying to refinance two of our initial deposits out.In Spain I looked here I've got family, in Madrid's western suburbs (Majadahonda, Villanueva de la Cañada) and in Las Palmas (Canarias), where I'm originally from.

The areas with the least impact on median sales prices from REO property sales are Oregon, Montana, Texas, Massachusetts, Florida, Rhode Island, California, Alaska, Nevada, Minnesota, Washington, Nebraska, Idaho, Arizona, Utah, and Colorado — all with less than a 1% impact.REO property sales also affected median sales prices more in the eastern half of the country than the western half.

OR and other Western states.

I've heard that that development and growth is occurring along western side of Omaha.  

Many of the properties nearby are owned by CA investors so I’m assuming these may be desirable to the same demographic.I own 3 adjacent properties with shared off-street parking in SW Michigan near Western Michigan University and Kalamazoo College- one 4-unit, all 2-BR/1-BA; one 4-unit, all 1-BR/1-BA; and one 2-unit with a 2-BR/1-BA downstairs and a large 1-BR/1-BA upstairs.

@ronaldgrams Im currently in Las Vegas but relocating to the western side of Pennsylvania.

There has been a decline in the number of existing homes available for sale in Western Washington when compared year-over-year.

Look at mid-western markets for positive CF.
