Hi, I am thinking of installing these electronic keyless locks to avoid rekeying fees for new tenants.

Well he spoke with us awhile and like a half fool I signed a contract electronically with him, with his adjusting company.  

If the software is not simplifying your life or making you more accurate, you shouldn't use it.Software does have extremely helpful features like online payments, marketing syndication (click a button and your property is advertised on multiple sites), electronic document review/signing, maintenance tracking, and owner reports.

I am looking for advise on what people use for electronic signatures and if there are programs out there that allow you to upload your documents (applications, leases and any other documents) so that the applicant can fill them out, sign them and send them back, all on-line.

I have an electronic keypad in my house, which works great.

I've been self employed since 11th grade, where I was investing in everything from electronics & cars, to stocks and options.  

It produces 1098's, 1099's and will electronicly connect with the IRS to transmit your data.

I use Facebook to chronicle the things I have done, places I have been, etc, almost like an electronic scrapbook.

Once you approve the tenant it sets them up on auto payments so you never even ask for rent and it's all electronic so no receipts needed.

I have a background in Electronics, i also know a little bit about Electrical Wiring and a Little bit about Carpentry and a Little Bit About Plumbing., I have experience in CCTV, Computer Repair, I would be willing to Barter if possible. i am not looking for a hand out lets make some money together.THANK YOU AND REGARDS,VICTOR R.
