There's plenty of guys in my town that spent more than 5 years locked up for their "creativity".If the sale history is public knowledge you need to put your salesperson hat on and find a way to overcome that topic with your buyers and either move past it, or find another buyer who can move past it.

I feel strongly about these topics because they are ones I struggled with myself and are problems I had to overcome through trial and error.

Great discussion everyone - I think seasoning is definitely an issue for conventional lending, but there seem to be plenty of people in BP that overcome it with alternative/commercial lending, so that's encouraging.
