I remembered the book I read a few years back, Rich Dad Poor Dad, as I’m sure many of you are familiar with, and got me thinking of the possibilities of creating a passive stream of income to one, fund our mission here in Japan, and also set us up for the long run.Obviously there are challenges with doing real estate from the other side of the world but I am extremely excited and driven to not “want” this to work, but “will” make it work.

Anything you struggle with, go back to the book and you will hear yourself swear, because it says it right there...The other book I recommend to read is "The ONE thing" - not an agent book, but a general business book and probably one of the biggest keys to success for any business owner or manager.
