If the auction is extended a few hours because of active bidding, does the deadline for payment also get extended?

@Theresa Harris I put down $5000.00 though that’s a lot of money to walk away from and I will consult with my lawyer because my contingency deadline for my mortgage is coming up.

If I don’t create an irrevocable trust as my attorney is suggesting and I miss the February deadline on Prop 19, maybe I can 1031 exchange my two investment properties out of California before I die. 

I am currently writing my business plan the deadline for it is March 10th, 2024 then I will hire someone from fiver who is smarter then me at writing and they will take what I wrote and make it look better and presentable.

I need a program that will easily allow me to switch from my (mac) laptop to my iPhone, or to my iPad, and I want real-time updates to share with others involved with the project, preferably with push-alerts.Projects are primarily renovations with fairly long-term timelines and hardfast deadlines, but there are some items that can be done more "at leisure" or which are one time one-and-done type items.

I am able to assign task and deadlines to those task[s].

We absolutely understand that investors, especially new investors, feel understandably a little bit nervous about turning over so much capital, and feel like they need to keep tabs on every step to ensure their money is being put to best use - and you should absolutely expect reasonable and timely communication about important milestones or issues or deadlines.

Considering that the tax filing deadline is in a couple days, my personal opinion is that you should pay the amount you believe you owe and then take an automatic extension.  

It feels like jumping off a bridge, but that's why I gave myself this deadline.

I am new to investing/wholesaling and have challenged myself to a 90 day deadline for getting started and making things happen.
