Building 2 tiny homes in my back yard after I refi my house.

I needed a camper on my property while I was building my (tiny) house.

If it’s allowed, or you wanna call it a BBQ, using a fire pit to burn all the tiny stuff will save a bunch of cramming branches in to garbage cans or on to a trailer to the dump.

Lokesh,I am subdividing and developing a piece of land in Sayulita, MX to build out tiny home bungalows in the jungle. 

But i invision a tiny house community for short term housing near the hopsital.

With something like 10,000 transactions a month in our metro area, it is much easier to grab a tiny piece of that pie than someplace that has a small amount of transactions.

I questioned why her son was trying to cook something in a very tiny microwave & he advised us that the oven hadn't worked for a couple of years.

I know that I would expect that person to walk me through every tiny detail of the transaction, and I'd expect to make far more than that in the process.Unfortunately, I don't believe that kind of "mentor" exists.

So far, the 4plexes I've looked at are kind of crammed together into "plex ghettoes", that might have a tiny bit more elbow room than a complex but less curb appeal.So where is value to be found:  increasing curb appeal or "elbow room" ?

I know Sango area is the more favorably area and Tiny Town Rd has a lot of new builds and military families.
